Unless the notes are marked otherwise, all of the notes in the track that correspond to the keys at first are the ones which might be sharp or flat. For instance, in case you have a music with Bs in it, and the necessary thing signature has a flat within the B note space, then all Bs are flat, except the conductor marks it as not flat.
